KERMIT

In April of 2007 Rescue took in two females from a "breeder" in Alberta. Both were fostered by Tammy Meadows and her husband Dave, who
adopted one of these girls, Kermit, in June of that year.Sadly, Kermit became very ill on Tuesday of this week and was rushed to
an emergency vet clinic, and despite a series of tests and their best efforts to save her including a blood transfusion, Dave and Tammy had to
make the heartwrenching decision to let her go yesterday morning.Kermit was not quite four years old.

As I know many of you remember when Kermit and Sierra came into rescue.

God's speed Kermit. I am so thankful that, although your time with your new family was far far too short,
you had the chance to experience the love and care of a real home.
