- Volunteer to become a foster home to a Boston Terrier in need.
– Help with transport.
– Donate an item we need – a crate, x-pen, a Kong toy, a leash, a harness...
– Organize a fundraiser or event to raise money to cover BTRC veterinary expenses.
– Support ongoing BTRC fundraisers. 100% of all money raised goes directly to helping Boston Terriers in our program.
– Donate an item or service suitable for a raffle or auction.
– Offer to conduct a home visit with a potential foster home or adopter.
– Share information on the Boston Terrier breed, and educate people about rescue.
– Promote responsible pet ownership and the importance of spaying and neutering.
– Advocate responsible Boston Terrier breeding practices by reputable breeders, a list of which can be found at www.bostonterrierclubofcanada.com Do not support puppy mills and backyard breeders by purchasing a Boston Terrier in a pet store.
