Welcome to the brand new Boston Terrier Rescue Canada Website!

It was back in October when rumblings began over re-vamping our admittedly, out-of-date website. The time had come for our online presence to reflect our level of dedication to the dogs in our care. Fortunately, once the ideas started rolling in, so too did a great group of volunteers, stepping forward to face the challenge.

Our goal was to create a website that would be as warm and welcoming as our volunteers while also being clear and concise. With just a few clicks of your mouse, we wanted you to know who we are and our mission as a rescue: to provide safe, temporary refuge leading to a loving, permanent home for Boston Terriers through rescue, education, advocacy and compassion. As important, was having a proper space to showcase the incredible dogs we have in our care waiting for their adoptive families. The site is also a place to celebrate those dogs who have found their perfect match.

I think we have achieved those goals, and we are already looking ahead to what kind of interesting and integrative new features we can add to make the site even better.

I would like to specifically thank Fran Wicks who helped me wade through the muddy waters of content to bring forward the most pertinent information for our visitors, Laura Mark who had the vision to create our modern and easy-to-navigate online home.

Our work over the last four months has certainly been a labour of love and we are extremely excited to share our “baby” with you. So please, take a look around, let us know what you think and of course, come back!
