ADOPTED: Betty

Betty was adopted on March 3, 2019!

The most devoted of doggy companions, Betty lives to be close to her people.

Playing follow the leader is her passion as she faithfully shadows her foster mom through the house then happily cuddles up with her on the couch for some quality loving time.

A medium energy miss, she enjoys long on-leash walks and brief hikes as much as she enjoys playing indoors with her toys or simply relaxing.

Both highly intelligent and treat motivated, she’s eager to learn and easy to teach, knows “sit”, “stay” and “lie down” and is fully housetrained. Although she’s not fond of sharing love’s limelight, she co-exists congenially with her two furry foster brothers, and while she’s doesn’t like being confined when alone, she’ll settle inside her crate if her foster mom’s nearby.

Cats, at this point, are unknown, as are children since her exposure to them has been limited to passing them pleasantly on her walks.

Given her craving for closeness and her longing for love, Betty is best suited to a home with someone there most of the time, preferably as the only dog or with a mild mannered male.
