ADOPTED: Lucy & Ethel

Adopted September 15, 2017

BONDED PAIR

As appealing as puppies with their large, luminous eyes and open expressions, sweet sisters Lucy and Ethel are two ravishing Boston redheads! Being the more confident of the pair, lively Lucy plays leader and Ethel eagerly follows, while it’s Ethel who impishly initiates play.

They LOVE their toys, chasing each other around the yard, and going for walks, where Lucy excitedly greets people and other dogs along the way. Friendly towards teens and adults (they haven’t been around small children in their foster home), they get along well with other dogs, are minimal barkers, and on car rides are happiest when harnessed.

Blessed with good health and hardy appetites, they’re crate and housetrained, and sleep snugly and soundly together at night. Despite some brief separation anxiety when their foster mom first leaves the house, their only fear is loud noises, thunderstorms and the vacuum. The next step for this darling duo is finding a loving fur-ever home to call their own.
