ADOPTABLE BAILEY!

Pretty Bailey is a 5-year-old spayed Boston Terrier/French Bulldog mix searching for a one-on-one relationship with a special someone to call her own!

Bailey is the type of gal who takes her time to warm up when meeting new people. Honestly, she can play a little hard to get. But once she gets to know you, wow! She is a loving, affectionate companion who wants to sit on your lap or snuggle up beside you, and when you move, she moves, accompanying you wherever you go.

And her kisses! We all know Bostons are good kissers, but Bailey swears it’s her “French” side that makes her a kissing expert. Her foster mom tells us that if you dare to ignore Bailey for too long – look out! Your face is sure to be smothered with slobbery “surprise kisses”, just to let you know it’s time to take a Bailey break! She also will wake you up in the morning with a multitude of kisses until you do get up and do her bidding.

Due to her recent dental, Bailey’s kisses are much sweeter. But the sparkling smile she gives to other dogs she meets isn’t really a friendly one – Bailey is not a fan of other dogs. Bailey needs a home with no other animals placing demands on your time together. She promises you won’t even miss having another pooch, as you’ll have her complete attention and everlasting love. 

Bailey is a barker, so along with her reactive behaviour to dogs while on walks, the ideal home for her would be a detached house in an area where you aren’t likely to meet too many canines on your strolls. A fenced-in yard would be a bonus.

INTRODUCING BAILEY!

Although we are taking a temporary break from non-emergency intakes during the holidays, we want to take a minute to welcome Bailey, who came to us just before the break.

Bailey is a 5-year-old spayed Boston terrier/French bulldog mix. She was surrendered to Rescue because of her escalating aggressive behaviour towards the family’s senior dog.

Bailey is still a little tentative, but it’s been a big change for her. Her foster is letting her settle in, and we are looking forward to learning all about this pretty girl.

NOTE: Bailey is being fostered in Quebec, and as a new arrival is not yet ready for adoption
