BTRC has lost an elder statesman of our rescue. Bowie, adopted in 2007, passed away on March 10, 2023 at the age of 16 years.

And what wonderful years they were! Loved, spoiled and treasured by his mom Margaret, Bowie was truly a lucky dog. We know that his passing will leave a hole in his mom’s heart, and hope that all the wonderful memories of their years together will bring comfort at this difficult time.

RIP Bowie. You will be forever missed.
