Darlah

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of BTRC alum Darlah.

Although their time together was far too short, the bond that Darlah and her dad shared was strong. We hope that the treasured memories they made together bring comfort in this time of sadness.

Run free and healthy at the Bridge sweet Darlah. You were loved and you will be forever missed. ❤️

Darlah was adopted November 2020

Ladies and gentlemen, please give a warm welcome to our newest foster girl, Darlah!

Darling Darlah is a young 9-year-old female Boston Terrier, weighing approximately 22 lbs.

Darlah was surrendered due to having dental issues which we are going to take of.

She is settling in well with her foster dad, who says she’s been doing great, no issues.

She is especially fond of attention, and we mean she LOVES attention.

She’s very sweet and loves chasing her ball, and we’re told she loves to chew (to the detriment of her teeth) so we are monitoring her playtime.

She’s been out for walks and although a little shy, has not had any issue when passing people and dogs.

She got along well with the french bulldog she lived with previously.

We’re told she also does well with children, the only danger she poses to them is too much kissing!

We’re going to continue to get to know her and get her teeth looked at asap.

Darlah is a very sweet, loving girl and will make a great to companion to a lucky adopter!

NOTE: Darlah is being fostered in Ottawa, Ontario, and is not ready for adoption as she still needs to be fully assessed. As soon as she is ready to find her forever home, we will open up the applications and let everyone know on social media. Followers of this page will be the first to know.

Check our facebook page for updates on this cutie.

A great way you can help us help our foster dogs and get them ready for their furever homes is by making a donation or becoming a monthly donor. We appreciate your support!
